Rates.lk (Private) Limited has been quoting rupee rates against digital value since 2019. We are a dealer, not a marketplace: we hold the position, we publish the rate, and we settle with our own funds.

One counterparty, not a marketplace

You trade with us at a published rate. There is no stranger on the other side, no escrow standoff, no negotiating in a chat window with someone you can't verify.

Every order is a record

Rate, amount, destination, who confirmed it, who released it, when you confirmed receipt — all kept against the order permanently, and exportable as a receipt.

Funds move in your own name

We only pay out to bank accounts and wallets that belong to the verified account holder. Third-party payouts are declined, which is exactly what protects you.

Tiered, not gatekept

You can trade the day you register. Verification raises your ceiling and pays points — it is never a wall you have to climb before you're allowed to do anything.

      What happens when something goes wrong

      1. 1
        You flag the order

        Any order in flight can be flagged from its own page with the reason — funds not received, wrong payment method, receiving account disabled. It pauses there and stops progressing.

        It lands in front of a person

        A flagged order goes to our team with your full audit trail, both proofs and the chat thread attached. Nobody asks you to re-send a screenshot you already uploaded.

        We resolve or we return

        Either the order completes, or the funds we received go back to the account they came from in full. A rejected order is never a partial one.

      4. 4
        You keep the record

        The outcome, our comment and every timestamp stay on the order permanently — including for orders that were rejected or expired.
